Sit or stand in front of a mirror with your face directly receiving full daylight. Place the book under your chin so your chin sits lightly into the cut-out area of the Face Chart.

Flip between the Face Charts and select the Face Chart that best matches/blends with your colouring - consider your skin tones, your hair tones and your eye tones - as per instructions on page 5 of your book. You’re seeking the best possible match with the overall group, not a match with any one model.

Question: Does Michelle fit best with the models of Group 1 or Group 2? Answer: She doesn't have blonde hair and blue eyes of Group 1 so she's a better match with Group 2.
Question: Does Michelle fit best with the models of Group 3 or Group 4? Answer: She doesn't have red hair and a warm undertone as the models in Group 3 have, so she's a better match with Group 4.
Question: Does Michelle fit best with the models of Group 5 or Group 6? Answer: She doesn't have the warm hair tones of Group 5 on the X side and her hair tones are darker than Group 5 on the Y side. Michelle's a better match with Group 6.

Conclusion:

Please note that your screen may not be showing the book's colours accurately as all computer screens are set differently.

Michelle's most flattering colours are all those colours down the Y side (right hand side) of each page below plus the colours down the centre of each page.

The hair tones on the far left of the chart would be too dark, hair tones in the centre of the chart would be best and she could highlight with dark ash blonde foils but not the light ash blonde as they would be too pale for her. The lip colours to the very left would be too strong, however the balance of the lip tones would work beautifully for her.
